Automatic Doughnut Filler
Our most popular solution – and not only during Fat Thursday. The automatic doughnut filler significantly speeds up the filling process, delivering substantial time savings. It is extremely easy to operate and equipped with a sensor that activates the machine automatically when a doughnut is placed in position.
The filler can be freely programmed to define both the filling time and the exact dosage in grams. It features a cylindrical hopper for fillings and a weighted pressure system, enabling efficient filling of doughnuts or pastry tubes with light fillings such as whipped cream.
Manual Doughnut Filler
We also offer manual doughnut fillers made of stainless steel, equipped with adjustable filling dosage control. Available versions include models mounted on a container or bowl, as well as side-mounted fillers.
Doughnut Fryers
We offer doughnut fryers with electronic temperature control. They feature a simple, robust design and are equipped with two frying screens and a pressure lid. Key advantages include excellent thermal insulation and full CE compliance.
Each fryer has a capacity of up to 60 doughnuts and includes a draining lid that opens along the shorter side.
Chocolate Warmer
The chocolate warmer operates within a temperature range of 20°C to 60°C. The unit heats the chamber containing one or two GN containers, distributing heat from the bottom and the sides. This innovative system ensures faster and more efficient melting of chocolate.
Integrated temperature sensors monitor the chocolate’s temperature, and the heating unit automatically switches off once the preset temperature is reached.
The device offers versatile applications – it can be used for warming chocolate glaze as well as melting products such as icing or butter.
Cleaning Tanks for Trays and Moulds
Thermally insulated cleaning tanks for trays and moulds are an essential part of bakery and confectionery equipment. We offer tanks with a flat insert (170 L capacity) and vertical insert (300 L capacity). Our range also includes tray draining racks and a specialised, biodegradable cleaning agent designed for removing baked-on residues from trays and moulds used in the food industry.
Universal Countertop Tray Cleaning Machine
This device has been designed for manual bakeries and confectioneries. It is ideal for removing flour, seeds (such as sesame) and small dough residues after baking. The cleaning process is carried out using rotating belts equipped with specialised brushes, which can be selected individually according to the required hardness.
The machine cleans various types of trays – flat, baguette, perforated, solid and even trays coated with Teflon.
Its efficient cleaning process reduces overall maintenance costs and extends tray lifespan. The unit is easy to operate and maintain, with a capacity of approximately 200 trays per hour.
