In the current market situation, when it becomes necessary to increase efficiency, reduce labour costs and streamline production, more and more plants decide to automate at least some of their processes. It often applies to the loading system. If it is carried out faster and more efficiently, we will not waste energy and time when reheating the furnace. The temperature in the chamber will remain at a constant, desired level, and we will obtain the repeatable quality of each product. Peelboards are a universal, light and easy-to-use tool for cooking various types of dough of any weight. They can be transported to the oven even after several hours.
