Pressed Baking Moulds

Magorex baking moulds and mould sets are manufactured using precision stamping technology, ensuring high durability and production efficiency. We produce them in four material options: aluminium, AluSteel, stainless steel, and BlueSteel.

Our clients can choose from standard products or commission fully customised moulds and mould sets. Our range includes rectangular baking moulds, round moulds for bundt cakes, as well as elongated moulds ideal for poppy seed rolls and similar baked goods.

AluSteel Baking Moulds

Pressed baking moulds made from carbon steel coated on both sides with a thin layer of aluminium combine the advantages of both materials. They resist deformation when exposed to high temperatures and repeated heating and cooling cycles during the baking process. They also help shorten baking time.

Compared to aluminium moulds, Magorex pressed moulds offer significantly higher resistance to high temperatures and a longer service life.

Damage Resistance

In addition to high temperature resistance, pressed AluSteel baking moulds offer enhanced resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion. This is due to the additional aluminium layer that protects the mould on both sides. If the surface coating is damaged, the active components of AluSteel naturally form a passive, protective anti-corrosion layer, ensuring long-term durability.

Made from a Single Piece

Our moulds are manufactured using a deep-drawing process from a single piece of AluSteel. They feature rounded corners, which make cleaning easier and improve hygiene. Baked goods produced in pressed moulds have smooth edges that do not tear packaging bags.

Additionally, our moulds are designed with corrugated bottoms and sides, reinforcing both the structure of the mould and the shape of the baked product – especially in the case of lighter doughs.

Non-Stick Baking Moulds

Non-stick coatings are an effective way to generate savings in any bakery. Thanks to their very low friction coefficient, dough does not stick to the tray, reducing the need for greasing agents. This also lowers cleaning costs and simplifies the maintenance of trays and moulds.

The non-stick surface additionally supports better dough rise. The crust forms at the right pace, bakes evenly and maintains its desired crispness.
