At Magorex, you can order baking trays in a wide range of widths and side heights. We offer flat trays as well as trays with edges (2-, 3- and 4-sided), manufactured from aluminium, AluSteel, stainless steel and BlueSteel.
Available with or without perforation, and with standard edge bends at 45° or 90°.

Baking trays and moulds made from AluSteel resist deformation, even when exposed to high temperatures and repeated heating and cooling cycles during the baking process. The aluminium coating also provides effective protection against corrosion.
Closed Confectionery Trays
Bake and display on the same tray
Closed baking trays – also known as trays with a removable side – are an effective time-saving solution. The cake is baked, decorated and transported to the store in the same tray. Once one side is removed, the product can be sold directly from the baking tray. It’s a practical and efficient solution that streamlines workflow and presentation.
With a range of standard widths (10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm and 40 cm) and lengths (40 cm, 58 cm and 60 cm), you can create an attractive and consistent display. We also manufacture custom designs on request and supply protective covers for closed confectionery trays.
Baking Trays – Solutions
In the production of baking and confectionery trays, we use advanced technologies and continuously expand the capabilities of our machine park. This enables us to supply high-quality trays for both small, family-run bakeries and confectioneries, as well as large-scale production facilities.
Our solutions:
Non-stick coatings – available in black, green, red or transparent finishes, providing excellent surface protection, extended durability and more efficient baking performance. We apply both silicone and fluoropolymer coatings.
AluSteel – an exceptionally durable material combining steel and aluminium. Baking trays and moulds made from AluSteel resist deformation under both high and low temperatures, while ensuring excellent heat conductivity and resistance to external factors.
Perforation options – perforated tray bottoms optimise airflow and promote even baking results. We offer perforation diameters of 2 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm.

Depending on the edge design, our trays are available with 45° or 90° bends. We can also produce trays with custom bending angles upon request. The edge can be straight or rolled, depending on the application. Standard side heights are 10 mm, 20 mm and 23 mm, with other heights available on request.
