It is extremely easy to use and is equipped with a sensor that automatically starts the filling machine when, for example, a doughnut is placed in it.

The automatic stuffing machine can be freely programmed, specifying the filling time and dosage in grams. It is made of stainless steel and complies with all CE standards. It is made up of a pump, a cylindrical funnel with a lid and a pressure that allows the filling of doughnuts or tubes with light fillings such as whipped cream. It has several stainless steel needles:
  • for filling doughnuts, bent at 90 degrees
  • for filling doughnuts, straight
  • for filling croissants, 4 outlets
  • for filling tubes, 127 mm long
  • for filling, bent 45 deg.
  • straight double, 2 outlets
  • straight triple, 3 outlets

Just starting out with wholesale orders? We recommend the manual filling machine. Also made from stainless steel, it is ideal for smaller bakeries. It is small, easy to use and has an adjustable filling capacity.

Donut Fryer

You know very well that filled pastry cases or tubes are only half the story. They still need to be expertly baked. No well-equipped bakery or patisserie should be without a robust fryer. Our fryer has a simple design and several features. In the standard version (182 x 68 x 89 cm), for example, up to 60 doughnuts can be fried at the same time. The fryer is equipped with an electronic temperature control as well as two sieves and a pressure plate. It also has the advantage of excellent thermal insulation and CE conformity. It has a drip tray (lid) opening on the short side.

Chocolate, icing or butter warmer

Want to heat chocolate toppings quickly, efficiently and comfortably? The Magorex chocolate warmer works in a temperature range from 20 to 60 degrees C. The unit heats the chamber in which the GN container (one or two) is placed. It works from both the bottom and the sides. This innovative method heats the chocolate much faster and more efficiently. The heating unit also has sensors that indicate the temperature of the chocolate. The heater switches off when the chocolate has reached a pre-set temperature. The unit can be used universally. It can be used to heat chocolate butter as well as to melt products such as icing or butter.
