Peelboard - an innovative solution

The laborious tearing off of pieces of dough is a torment to the bakery and confectionery industry: it not only slows down the production process, but also generates additional costs for the use of products. To our customers’ rescue, the Peelboard idea was born: a product made of ABS synthetic material that not only ensures that no piece of dough sticks to its surface, but also keeps the production area spotlessly clean. 
What makes our Peelboard a unique product? How do you use it and what is the secret of its functionality?

A multi-purpose and ergonomic product

The great advantage of this accessory is undoubtedly its effortless care. Removing marks and dealing with stuck-on dough can be forgotten. The Peelboard is a guarantee of hygiene and tidiness and is resistant to moisture, making it dishwasher-safe as well.
The product is double-sided: the first side of the tray is suitable for products sprinkled with flour, while the other side has an optimally roughened structure to prevent dough sticking. This is mainly thanks to the aluminium honeycomb, that is, the welded aluminium frame and the tight inner mesh, inspired by the honeycomb. This is the reason behind the high pressure resistance, perfect rigidity and flat shape.

Peelboard versus automatic infeed system

Wooden boxes

This model is aesthetics and functionality in one. Despite the wooden texture, the caster is extremely stable and resistant to high pressure. Thanks to the plywood fixed to their underside and the attached cotton or polyester canvas, it is both moisture-resistant and resistant to shifting during use.

Aluminium boxes

Mobile, functional and resistant. They can cope well with all temperatures, as well as chemical exposure. Aluminium castors are available in four dimensions: 58.5 x 38.5 x 4 cm, 76.5 x 56.5 x 4 cm, 78.5 x 58.5 x 4 cm and 96.5 x 56.5 x 4 cm.

Plastic boxes

They prevent the dough from sticking to their surface, allowing your establishment to save on flour, foam foil or special canvas. Their additional advantage is that they can be stacked and transported: you will find corners constructed for this purpose in our catalogue.
