Baking oven trolleys – how to choose the best?
Modern rotary ovens are designed in such a way as to efficiently use the temperature and maintain it at an optimal, stable level. Ovens’ advantages are baking control, simple operation and better heat transfer. The device operates based on ergonomic systems of rotation of trolleys for bakery ovens. Since the bread is exposed to the same heat on all sides, baking is faster and more even. At the same time, we can avoid the effect of excessive drying of products.
No one needs to be convinced of the advantages of such a solution. However, for the process to run smoothly, appropriate equipment is required. How to select it? Baking oven trolleys should be made of carefully selected materials that guarantee maximum resistance to unfavourable baking conditions. Otherwise, structural elements may damage due to continuous heating or cooling. What else matters? The most important thing is that the product should be easy to clean, safe in contact with food, optimally suited to the needs and durable even under heavy loads.

Stainless steel, which we use during production, is famous for its excellent strength parameters. At the same time, it conducts heat very well and is not susceptible to corrosion, abrasion, or wear. Due to the high content of chromium, we also do not have to worry about destruction under the influence of strong chemicals.
Baking oven trolleys – types and construction
Efficiency is the elementary parameter important when working in a bakery and confectionery. The construction of bakery carts should allow for a significant reduction in the number of baking cycles carried out during the day and a reduction in energy costs. How can this be achieved? The direct impact on the maximum load size will be, among others, a selected number of shelves. There can be 14, 16, 18 or 20 shelves in standard models. The distance between the shelves, the dimensions of the sheet (78×58, 80×60 or 98×58 cm) and other parameters can also be individually determined. What to choose?
Especially for our customers, we have designed bake oven trolleys based on the specifications of the eight most popular types of devices: Bongard, Agiv Forni, Sveba Dahlen (with top, bottom or without overrun), Revent, Roto Passat, as well as Winkler, MIWE and Rototherm. But it is not everything. We carry out even the most non-standard orders for everyone who wants to change their dimensions, shape, or number of levels to maximize the use of space in the furnace. In some cases, it is possible, for example, to make carriages that fit two different types of furnaces.
Wheels for bakery trolleys
We know that the production processes are very often determined by details. We equipped standard bakery trolleys with ergonomic, heat-resistant wheels that ease cart operation. They can work effectively even at high load capacities and temperatures from -20 to +250 degrees or -25 to +280 degrees. Wheel sets with even higher acid-resistant properties are also available on request.
