The marking laser
We have been observing the need to label customers’ products for a long time. This direction has its arguments mainly in marketing issues, although sometimes it is also connected with logistics. Until now, we have used stamps for marking process, which permanently pressed the customer’s logo onto the surface of the equipment. However, this solution is very expensive and profitable only for very large orders. Because of the constantly changing needs of our customers and the introduction of modern systems, we needed a solution that could be used with one piece and that was more cost-effective.
Thousands of marking options
The marking laser allows us to introduce many variables during marking. It does not have to be the same logo on every element – it can be variable numbers, numbers, barcodes, QR codes. Such options considerably expand the possibilities. This is especially important in modern bakeries implementing ERP systems, where continuous counting and identification of products is required. This makes work much easier and allows you to optimize costs.
The quality of laser marking is incomparable with other, simpler solutions. We can practically reproduce the customer’s logo with details.
Laser marking for the bakery and confectionery industry
The marking of goods with a laser is primarily intended to facilitate the identification of the owner. Employees responsible for transport do not have to check what is written on the sheets. It is enough for them to scan the QR code engraved on the devices and have information in their system about which trolley goes to which customer and which remains in the warehouse. This is a practical solution for bakeries serving several dozen or several hundred stores. In this case, marking laser is a necessary logistical tool and allows us to eliminate logistical errors. An employee who only deals with product delivery does not need to be familiar with the products. The transported products are loaded and unloaded according to the information contained in the code engraved on the equipment.
