Baking trays

Baking trays are the heart of every bakery and pastry shop, and the product where it all started with us. Available in a variety of widths, heights and configurations, they are designed to increase the productivity and quality of your baked goods.

We offer flat and rimmed sheets (2-, 3- and 4-rant) in aluminium, Alu-Steel, stainless steel and Blue-Steel, with options with or without perforation and with a standard rim bend of 45 or 90 degrees. We also fulfil individual orders, adapting products to the specific requirements of your plant.

Our AluSteel sheets are extremely resistant to deformation caused by high temperatures and continuous heating and cooling, which is crucial in the baking process. The aluminium layer protects the trays from corrosion, ensuring long-lasting use. Our innovative resealable confectionery trays allow you to bake, decorate and display your cake on the same tray, significantly saving time and resources. Available in a variety of standard widths and lengths, they allow you to create an attractive display case. We also make custom designs on request and can supply covers for resealable baking trays.

We use the latest technology, such as non-stick Non-Stick coating in a variety of colours for improved durability and baking efficiency. The perforation of the bottom of the tray optimises the baking process, ensuring even baking of the products. Our baking trays are available in a variety of configurations, including flat, 2-, 3-, 4-rant, with open, welded or splayed corners. We offer flexibility in rim edge and height to suit individual needs.

Moulds and mould kits

The baking process requires precision and efficiency. With this in mind, we have designed our embossed baking moulds and mould sets. We produce them in four types of material: aluminium, AluSteel, stainless steel and BlueSteel, which allows us to tailor them to the different needs and preferences of our customers.

We offer AluSteel baking moulds, made from carbon steel coated on both sides with a thin layer of aluminium, which combine the advantages of both materials. They are resistant to deformation caused by high temperatures and continuous heating and cooling, reducing baking time and increasing productivity. This design gives our moulds greater resistance to high temperatures and longer life than traditional aluminium moulds.

In addition to temperature resistance, extruded AluSteel baking moulds have increased resistance to damage and corrosion. An additional layer of aluminium protects the moulds on both sides, and in the event of damage to the surface coating, AluSteel itself forms a passive, protective anti-corrosion layer.

Also worth mentioning is our technology of deep-drawing the moulds from a single piece of AluSteel, which gives the moulds rounded corners, making them easier to keep clean. Baked goods from our moulds have no sharp edges, which is good for both product quality and packaging. In addition, the corrugated bottoms and sides of the moulds strengthen the sides and bottoms of the baked goods, especially light baked goods.

We also offer baking moulds with non-stick coatings. This is another step towards economy and efficiency. The non-stick coating, which has a very low coefficient of friction, prevents the dough from sticking to the pan, reducing the use of greasy products and making cleaning easier. As a result, the dough rises better and the crust bakes evenly, maintaining its crispness.

  • We manufacture bespoke cooling trolleys in non-standard sizes as well as other types of trolleys to suit our customers’ needs.

  • Our automatic doughnut stuffer is a product that significantly speeds up the filling process, saving time.
  • It is easy to use, equipped with a sensor that automatically starts the filling machine, with the possibility of programming the filling time and dosage.

Manual doughnut stuffer:

  • We also offer manual doughnut fillers in stainless steel, with control of the amount of filling to be fed, available in different configurations.

Donut Fryers:

  • Our electronic temperature controlled doughnut fryers have a simple design, excellent thermal insulation and comply with CE standards.
  • The fryers hold 60 doughnuts and are equipped with a drip tray.

Chocolate warmer:

  • The Chocolate Warmer operates within a temperature range of 20 to 60 degrees C and heats chocolate quickly and efficiently.
