At Magorex, you can order baking sheets of various widths and heights. We offer flat baking sheets and sheets with edges (in 2-, 3- and 4-edge versions) made of aluminium, Alu-Steel, stainless steel and Blue-Steel. With or without perforation and with a standard 45 or 90-degree bend.

Do you need an extremely durable sheet? Choose products from Alu-Steel. Baking sheets and baking forms made of this material are resistant to deformation as a result of exposure to high temperatures and continuous heating and cooling during the baking process. The aluminium layer additionally protects the sheets against corrosion.
Closed confectionery sheets
Baking and displaying on the same sheet.
Closed sheets (also known as sheets with an opening/ removable edge) effectively save time. The cake is baked, decorated and shipped to the shops on the same tray. After removing one edge, it is sold straight from the sheet. This solution offers great convenience and savings.
With different standard widths (10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm and 40 cm) and lengths (40 cm, 58 cm, 60 cm) of the sheets at your disposal, you can create an attractive-looking display window. On request, we also make non-standard projects, as well as supply covers for closed confectionery trays.
Baking sheets - solutions
In the production of baking and confectionery trays, we use modern technologies and constantly develop the capabilities of our machine park. In this way, we can offer high-quality sheets for both small family bakeries or confectioneries, as well as large production plants.
- The non-stick coating in black, green, red or transparent colours is the perfect protection for baking trays, guaranteeing much longer durability and more efficient baking time. The non-stick coating is made of silicone or a fluoropolymer (e.g. Teflon).
- Alu-Steel is a material with very high durability. Baking sheets and baking forms made of this material do not deform as a result of exposure to high and low temperatures. All thanks to the combination of steel and aluminium, which perfectly conduct heat, and at the same time are resistant to external factors.
- Perforation of the bottom of the sheet or form allows you to optimize the baking process and ensure regular baking of products. We make perforation with holes 2 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm.
Types of baking and confectionery sheets
At Magorex, we make baking and confectionery sheets of various dimensions, including non-standard ones. Our products also differ in terms of the types of solutions used.
Due to the edges, we divide our products into sheets with a bend of 45 and 90 degrees, but we can also make a different bend angle on an individual request. The rim edge can be straight or curled. The standard edge height is 10 mm, 20 mm or 23 mm. It can also be of different height on request.
