AluSteel forms are made of carbon steel coated on both sides with a thin layer of aluminium. As a result, the forms do not deform, which could occur as a result of high temperature and continuous heating and cooling. What is the main advantage of AluSteel forms? The combination of steel and aluminium shortens the baking time.
In order to preserve the properties of the forms as long as possible, we cover them with a non-stick coating on request. It’s a non-stick coating that is a great way to save money in a bakery. Due to the low coefficient of friction, the dough does not stick to the sheet.
