A large fryer in the service of tradition
In its latest project, Magorex delivered an advanced 6-metre automatic fryer for a client in western Europe. Jarosław Mieźwiński, a specialist from the Magorex team explains:
This is our largest model. It can bake between 8,000 and 10,000 Dutch doughnuts (oil balls) per hour.
What’s more, thanks to the high degree of automation, it only requires two people to operate this machine.
This is an automatic fryer, operated by a maximum of two people. There is also an automatic dough dispenser for this fryer, so 2 people are able to do a huge production, emphasises Miedzwiński.
Customised technology
The size of the unit is no accident. As a Magorex representative explains:
The size is the customer’s need. It is technically possible to produce a larger fryer, which is matched to the frying time. So there is no possibility to extend the frying time, this shift and all elements are programmed – temperature time, working time, and shift time.
This precision in design ensures optimum production conditions while guaranteeing the quality of the final product – with such programming, the doughnuts do not become overcooked or burnt. It is worth noting that although the Magorex device is innovative, it is based on proven solutions. Such devices were on the market, they were only slightly modified, modernised – better electronics, better control. – Mieźwiński explains. This approach combines tradition with innovation, providing customers with reliable and efficient solutions.
