Development of industrial pizza production
There is a strong interest in processed products that can be easily prepared. The existence of frozen pizza producers is significantly noticeable. Recently, in addition to classic solutions, vegan versions of the products have also appeared on the market. 5.5 types of frozen pizzas were available on store shelves in 2022. It was half a type more than in the previous year. People no longer associate frozen pizza with poor quality and bad taste. How does this increased demand affect production?

Pizza baking sheets
In mass production, equipment adapted to the product and the line itself is significant. The choice of raw material is meaningful for several reasons – first of all, it has to be durable so that the equipment can serve as long as possible. Thanks to the use of perforations, the dough will be evenly baked and crispy. On special request, in our machine park, we make round sheets with a perforated bottom. To facilitate the work of our customers, we offer sheets with 2, 3 and 5-mm perforations.

Longer service life of round baking trays
Mass production and unsuited baking equipment expose producers to large losses. The dough can stick to the surface with a medium-quality tray, generating costly waste. In times when the lowest possible cost of a product counts, it is not worth making compromises. We understand the struggles well and are happy to suggest how to reduce costs in the plant.
One solution is to cover the baking sheets with a non-stick coating, which prevents the dough from sticking to the surface of the equipment. What additional advantages do they have? Above all:
- they are resistant to high and low temperatures, UV radiation and chemical agents;
- have a very low coefficient of friction – the dough does not stick and does not delaminate after removal;
- there is no need to use greasing agents, and the costs and time spent on cleaning and care are much lower;
- have documented approvals for contact with food;
